The Granville-Vance Home Health Agency staff can provide a variety of services under a physician's plan of treatment to those who need skilled medical care, but are unable to leave their homes. You can qualify to get these services in the comfort and security of your home if you are under a doctor's care and live in Granville or Vance Counties.

Paying For Services:
Medicare and Medicaid cover home health services. Many health insurance policies cover home health services. Patients are responsible for payment of any deductible and any fees not covered by their policy. Claims are completed and filed by Granville-Vance Home Health Agency.
To Receive Services:
Ask your doctor OR ask a member of the hospital staff to call OR have a family member or friend call. THE PHYSICIAN DECIDES the treatment you or a family member should receive and informs Granville-Vance Home Health Agency.
